Size doesn't fit
It can happen from time to time that a textile article does not fit. We try to make your selection easier with size charts - but, as I said - if it doesn't fit, you can exchange the part for a different size. But there is one exception: You have ordered something with an individual lettering, a place name or with your name or another. Then unfortunately we cannot take it back.
Exchange works like this: pack the unworn textile part, return it to us postage paid and place a note with your desired size in the shipment. When we receive the item, we will immediately know what to do and will send you the correct size. You don't need to contact us beforehand either. We don't have a return label or anything like that. You bear the return costs, we cover the costs for sending your new desired size. Return address see below.

Since all items leave our house in perfect condition, we have to assume that they have been damaged in transit. How do we fix it? Send us a few photos of the damage to our email address: email@example.com
After receipt, we will contact you as soon as possible whether or not we need to have the item back to the manufacturer for inspection and return. If we send it back to the manufacturer, you will of course be reimbursed for the return costs. You will also receive a replacement item free of charge.

I don't like the item
This is particularly bad because then we offered you an item that did not meet your expectations. But we also want to learn from it. Maybe we can improve the quality, or the price, or the item description. Returns go like this: You send the item back to us postage paid and please include a note stating why you do not like it. In addition, whether we should reimburse the item, leave the amount on your customer account, or whether you would like a voucher. The refund will be made to the payment method you used to pay for the item. If you have transferred the amount, we will ask you separately for your bank details. We don't have a return label or anything like that. You do not need to contact us before returning the goods - sending them back is sufficient.
