EUR 2,00 Fast shipping (extra costs): If you order stock items until 12 noon, parcel will be shipped same day
If your order consists of several items that are only partially available and others that have not yet been delivered to retailers (e.g. advance notice), then the available items can be delivered immediately upon request. If the pre-announced articles arrive, the shipment will be sent as a whole, or the rest of it will be sent. Remaining deliveries are generally free of shipping costs.
DPD Europe I: to: Austria, Belgium Tschechische Republik, Denmark (without Greenland and Faröer), Luxemburg, Netherlands (no overseas territories)
DPD Europe II: to: France (no overseas territories and not to corse), Great Britain (not Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey) , Monaco.
GB: We will deliver to UK again, but after BREXIT do now know how long the parcels will be hold at customes for inspection. The custom fees will be paid by us. Therefore we hold a british VAT-Number registered at the HM Revenue & Customs.
DPD Europe III: to Ireland, Italy (without Campione d'Italia, Livignio), Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slowakei, Slowenia, Spain (not canaries or balerias), Hungary, Vatikan-City
DPD Europe IV: to Estland, Finland, Kroatia, Lettland, Litauen, Norway

Cross-border delivery time in EU countries 3-7 days. Cross-border delivery time to NON-EU countries, due to customs clearance, 5-10 days.
C U S T O M F E E S
Deliveries within EU are free of additional custom fees. VAT-tax is included and shown on attached invoice.
Deliveries to UK: custom fees will be paid by us directly to HMRC. British VAT is included on attached invoice.
Deliveries to other non-EU/UK-Countries: custom fees can apply. VAT is excluded and can apply.
When shipping with the German Parcel Service (DPD), you will receive an unsolicited email from DPD with the parcel label number so that you can follow the delivery process of the parcel on the Internet. This only works if you have given us a deliverable email address. If your e-mail address changes, you must make the change in your customer account or otherwise let us know.
If you do not receive an e-mail and expect goods in stock from us that could be delivered within 1-3 days and want to know why you do not have them yet, then note that in the case of bank payments, in the case of prepayment invoices, the money runs up to 5 Working days. Payments can only be posted on the same day when using a Postbank account. If you assume that we have received your payment, you can call us or send us an e-mail to find out why you have not received the delivery yet.
There are many reasons for this:
- We have not yet received the amount of money (pay attention to the payment terms)
- the ordered articles are made especially for you (textiles with individual place names)
- the items ordered are advance notice and have not yet been produced / delivered
- The delivery by DPD was unsuccessful because there was an address error
- The delivery by DPD was unsuccessful because you were not found three times
- the delivery was carried out by DPD, the deliverer left it with a neighbor
You can follow the delivery information online on the DPD website; after calling us, you can also get the information from us. Please give us your customer number from the prepayment invoice you received.
T R A N S P O R T D A M A G E
In spite of all care, there may be damage during transport during delivery. In this case we will of course reimburse you for the damaged items free of charge.
Please note the following procedure: Transport damage must be reported to the supplier immediately upon receipt of the goods.
You then inform us about established transport damage.
If you want to return goods, please inform us beforehand by e-mail, fax or telephone.
