Terms of Service

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

With regard to entrepreneurs, these terms and conditions also apply to future business relationships without our having to refer to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby contradicted; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly consented to this.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Feuerwehr Versand Friesenheim e.K ..

By placing the products in the online shop, we are submitting a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you click on the order button to accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can see the contract text in our customer login.
4. Terms of delivery

In addition to the stated product prices, there are also shipping costs. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.

In principle, you have the option of collection from Feuerwehr Versand Friesenheim e.K., Allmendstraße 2, 77948 Friesenheim, Germany at the following business hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. except on public holidays. When picking up, only cash payment is possible, unfortunately no card payment.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

prepayment
You will first receive an invoice with a payment request by email if we have an email address from you. If you order by telephone and / or you do not have an e-mail address, you will receive the invoice with a request for payment by post. The delivery takes place after receipt of payment.

PayPal:
Your bank details or your credit card number are kept safe with PayPal like in a locker. Because your sensitive data has no place on the Internet. You simply pay with your email address and password - done. You don't have to have your credit card ready or tediously entering data. To use the PayPal payment option, you must have set up an account with PayPal. To use the PayPal payment method, you must order goods worth at least EUR 10.00, because PayPal imposes extra costs on us for a lower order value.

Amazon Pay:
You can choose this payment method if you have an Amazon account. You also save yourself entering your address in our webshop and can choose the delivery addresses stored in Amazon. After this selection you will come back to our shop to complete the order. The payment will only be debited from your chosen account in Amazon, i.e. either from your bank account or your credit card, after it has been dispatched. We have no influence on that.

Klarna / Sofort (transfer): (online demo)
is possible in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Great Britain. Klarna / Sofort is a TÜV-certified online payment system based on the tried and tested online banking with PIN / TAN entry for secure and fast processing of your online purchases. Advantages: Fast and immediate dispatch of goods in stock. You can make the transfer directly after completing your order. It is no longer necessary to switch to your bank's website. That saves time!
Practical: The data for your transfer are already filled in (invoice amount, payee, order number, etc.). The tedious typing and filling out of the transfer form is no longer necessary.
As secure as online banking: the system accepts the same PIN and recognizes the valid TANs of your bank, because you use this data to log into your bank.

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately.
